Our continued growth means we are looking for a Principal Consultant to join our core ERP consulting team. This would suit an experienced consultant seeking a new challenge with a fast-growing smaller professional services firm where you can make an immediate impact. We are looking for a qualified Accountant with significant post-qualification experience in a consulting environment, ideally with an understanding / experience of finance and / or ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Broad financial systems knowledge, developing innovative and ingenious thinking and approaches to solving client issues
- Planning, execution, measurement of client deliverables, and adherence to quality standards
- Leverage of Consulting team to achieve utilization targets and exploit further opportunities
- Supporting the wider business development activities in the creation of collateral and other sales-related activity to include bid and proposal writing as well as attending events and hosting webinars / panel interviews / thought leadership
- Be confident working within diverse and multi-disciplinary teams with key stakeholders
- Responsibility for ensuring delivery of client service and satisfaction through the management of wider consulting project team and assurance of deliverables
- Creating a culture of continuous learning, knowledge management with a feedback loop for continual improvement

- Able to present as confident and credible to senior stakeholders in demonstrating flexibility, drive, enthusiasm, and resilience
