Share Scheme Lawyer

We are looking for a Share Scheme Lawyer to join an existing team of 7 Corporate and Share Scheme Lawyers, the candidate would provide advice to the firm`s clients on share options and employee incentives, together with related corporate and financial services legal issues, in particular where legal matters sit alongside client work undertaken by the general accountancy and tax practice.

Our lawyers work with our SME clients to support their corporate legal requirements as well as providing advice in relation share options and employee incentives as follows:

• Share Option Plans and Employee Incentive Schemes
• Employee Share Schemes; - EMI Share Options; - Unapproved Share Options; - Nil Paid Share Options; - Growth shares; - EBTs. - JSOPs, CSOPs.

Required skills & expertise

• LPC qualification or equivalent
• Must hold or be eligible for a valid Solicitors Practicing Certificate
• 5+ years PQE specialising in employee share incentives
• Experience of working within a partnership environment
• Strong intellect and ability to think creatively
• Excellent technical drafting, written communication and analytical skills are essential
• Strong interpersonal skills
